Current Topics in Biology IV
BIOL-GA 2008
This course aims to provide students with an in-depth look into a current area of biology, including recent discoveries relevant to human health. A major focus will be to provide guidance in reading and critically evaluating primary literature articles. The overall goal of the course is to provide an atmosphere where students can learn by teaching each other and develop skills that will help them design experiments of their own.
Taking Biocore I previously or concurrently, or having a molecular biology background is highly recommended.
